  • We will be having less area for the transistor to be manufactured by the Fab team on the chip. So, it is a challenge for the Fab to be manufactured by taking a lot care
  • The gap between the two transistors will also be less, so it may be a chance for shortening of the two side by side transistors, resulting the chip failure
