Covid-19 is one of the most economic devastating pandemic of this century.It causes erosion of health and wealth at large scale.Most of the mobility gets rigid due to transmission of this disease.It affects humans as well as business and commerce industry both.

There are various short term and long term effects of Covid-19 on business and commerce.It has been disturbing most of the businesses worldwide.Mostly cyclical sectors are affecting by this pandemic.People are afraid of transmission.Most people are guessing next great depression in upcoming days.So,the cash flow immobilise in this situation.

The short term effect are no longer different than long term effect of this disease.In short term ,business are unable to catch customers.They are facing difficulty in transporting consumer goods from industries to retailers.The liquidity also decreases as people are saving more and spending less.Due to lock down most of the unessential businesses slow down or completely shut down till lock down.This causes panic in retailers.They are not able to pay their EMI on time due to no profit.Industry workers are migrating for their homeland.So,most businessess are not operational.Most businesses are showing negative growth.

Long term effect are more dangerous than short term effects.People will face decline in their profit and sales margin due to liquidity crises.They will face shortage of money to pay their workers.Workers will go from one industry to another industry due to less earnings.Due to this disease almost 25 percent businesses will become bankrupt.There are lot of chances of less production due to less consuming power of individuals.

Government of different countries are working at their best possible way to boost businesses.They are injecting cash and giving bail out packages to run businesses efficiently.Diffrent policies are establishing to minimise bad effects of covid-19 on businesses and commerce.
