There is several exercises for kids at the age of growth. For their bone strength, muscle strength, body posture, and fitness is important in the growing stage.
Running increases the capacity of breathing and gives strength to the bone and muscle and easy movement to the joints. Also consumption of healthy food is important to maintain. Sleeping is an another activity to be controlled. Sleep atleast 6 hours a day. Sleep early and wake up early. Helps to increase the brain capacity. Also water intake 8 liters per day is essential. Diet is another important thing to look after. Include carbohydrates proteins and Vitamins containing food in regular intervals. Try to reduce fat based foods.
Skipping rope exercise will help in easy movement of bowel and hip joint. Also increases the concentration to a particular purpose.
Walking a distance is an important activity in a everyday life. Early morning or evening is perfect time for this activity. Walking reduce risk of physical disease and gives fitness to the body. And increase heart activity.
