1. Yes, you can use this materials for making wheel (rim) for the water hose cart. All the hose cart rim were made only with plastic materials like Polypropylene (PP), Poly carbonate (PC). As the load carrying on the rim is very less, we can go with polymer materials for making the wheel rim. So you can abosolutely use these materials without any problem.

2. These materials were polymer materials and it is produced by polymerisation process. The wheel (rim) can be made in a mass production in the mould shop floor.

3. The manufacturing method used to produce the wheel (rim) is 'injection moulding'. Injection moulding is a process which is used to produce the plastic components in huge quantity. It consist of a core and a cavity within which the molten plastic froms the impression of the product.
