What is the difference between technology development and information systems development? What is the relationship between these two processes?

The technology development and information system development are two different aspects of the two processes in the systems which are well meant for the best of the business. The differences are that technology development may happen in other sectors of the business like its production line with more sophisticated gadgets. Information technology development is meant to give the best of communication skills to the business making it possible to give the process of communication a good development in the long term.
The relationship of the process is that the technology of communication is both same for communication and process to act to innovation similarly. The information technology development or innovation is as much innovation as much is its relationship in various processes. The relationship between the two processes is that the innovation can be in various sects of the business which the process is to follow. The relationship between the process and innovation can be both for any part of the business or its information technology. Hence both are seen as an innovation since its both in the information system as well for the business.
