Occurance report is a report that is written when there is certain incident that occurs as a accident . This helps in documentation of the mistake when it is still fresh in the minds of the staff. This helps in medicolegal purposes and also provides information to other nurses which helps in prevention of the same mistake again and let's them to be cautious.
