1. The marriage laws of Hindu Marriage act have sufficient provisions for the security of the women. Here women are given full priority to get all the economic facilities from the husband. In case of divorce women get full facilities from the husband. All the economic responsibilities of the wife along with children is taken by the husband and the husband is forced to take it. The methods of opobtaining the divorce have been mentioned clearly. There is a compulsory waiting period. Court always wants the couple living together. Court even advices them to live together. There is also a system of mutual divorce. In such case the economic responsibilities are also taken by the husband. Besides, there are laws against the physical and mental torture against the husband. The law has ample provisions to protect the women.   

2. As a nurse one should give the following advice to the youth:

  • Before marriage both the men and women must have a medical check up and blood group matching.
  • Both the partners must observe legal issues regarding marriage.
  • Both must be aware about the legal bindings of the marriage.
  • The couple should try to adjsut and they should avoid of being sentimental for insignificant matters.
  • Family is the main institution is a society. So, the society and sociqal workers always want the good and peaceful family life.
  • As a nurse one should advice the couple when to take baby and what to do if there is any problemn there in taking baby.
