Jane is always very concerned with people—their feelings, how well they’re getting along, how well they’re performing. Carrie’s co-workers agree that she has strong skills in running the company’s operations, but she definitely lacks concern for the people around her. In many cases, she is even disrespectful toward her co-workers.
