Expert Solution

Part 1
The company has a strange / strange ability to deceive because it is often in the way of coming up with information on the coming and going arrangements to indirectly compromise and present the information about the fraud. Financial reports often write about fraudulent management that appears to work effectively. Company management can possibly order fraudulent workers. On the other hand, the company management of some internal components changes the accounting information of the employees in such a way that the material in the joint financial component can be corrupted.
You should know that looking for non-business fraud is a type of risk that looks like an employee's risk.

Employee employment fraud is often an attempt to deceive many people who are looking for work by giving them the wrong job of getting a good job, often by giving them many suitable and good jobs or extra pay.
Part 2
There are usually three conditions when an employee is cheated. First, the company management and the rest of the employees see motivation or pressure on them, which is the reason for the fraud. Secondly, for business situations, for example, the company lacked employee controls, no useless controls or no management capability - which could lead to the chance of fraud. And thus thirdly, people who are engaged in business are capable of doing this fraudulent act. Some have a vision or set of morals that allows them to commit an immoral act. Even so, a well-behaved person is more likely to cheat in such an environment.
