Epidemiology is the branch of medicine in which the study of health related issues and diseases are discussed and controlled. John Snow was an Physician he is also known as the father of modern Epidemiology. John Snow contributed in epidemiology widely, his hard work and efforts determines and persists how Cholera (it is bacterial disease probably spread through contaminated water ) was spread.
John Snow conducted the study of source Cholera disease, because of it already so many patients were died in Europe. This study suggested him and gives observations disease transmission.
John Snow conduct the study and it was both analytical and descriptive epidemiology. Analytical epidemiology is the study and observation which is focused on testing of hypothesis (then after observation is being taken) whereas analytical epidemiology is the study and observation which is focused on generating hypothesis and then to take observations.
