Explain how can we differentiate between the mesial and distal
in the aspects of the mentioned teeth
1. labial aspect of of maxillary central incisor
2. lingual aspect of of maxillary canine
3. mesial aspect of of maxillary 1st premolar
4. occlusal aspect of of mandibular 2nd premolar
5. occlusal aspect of of maxillary 1st molar
6. occlusal aspect of of mandibular 1st molar
1 labial aspect of maxillary central incisors the surface towards the lips labial surface is convex rest of curvature normal the length is 10.5 to11mm
2 lingual aspect of teeth as we know that is related with tongue so surface that faces the tongue comes under this position it is a series of curves and arcs made by the tip of curve
3.Mesial aspect of pre molar means surface of teeth that have closest to the mid line of face has two roots and other having single root when we seen from buccal part maxillary pre molar is longer than distal slope
4occusal aspect of mandibular teeth means chewing surface of teeth which is present posteriorly rhomboid aspect is seen more visible means acute angles less obtuse angle buccodiameter is same as in 1st molar
5occusal aspect of maxillary 1 molar means mesiobuccal and distolingual lines are acute and mesolingual and distobuccal line are obtuse there is oblique ridge of distobuccal cup
6occusal aspect of mandibular is look like pentagonal view tapper towards the lingual side and other side rather than buccal surface mesial surface distal surface
