  • Visibility -
    • While choosing a space one should focus on a location that is visible. While determining visibility you should study foot and car traffic patterns.
    • For example, if the people walking by are the nannies with the strollers and your restaurent is not kid friendly you are not going to attract the croud.
  • Parking -
    • Whether you are opening a food chain or a fine dine restaurent, you should ensure that the land you buy or rent is enough to accomodate the parking for your customers.
  • Accessibility -
    • You would have to keep in mind the peak times for the location selected, as well as customer demographics. Since depending on your exact exit location, you may be limiting the other type of traffic for your restaurant.
