The second way is to encourage and remind employees of their true potential and abilities. It  motivates the employees and help maintain a high level of performance. The third ways is the positive and negative reinforcements that make employees know what is expected from them at the work place. It develops intrinsic motivation and they deliver their superior work performance.

It will encourage people to search more & find products. The third way is to announce gold and silver coins inside the products for the consumers (specifically used for the FMCG products) and encourage people to buy more to get the chance of winning that coin.
