The first way is to offer awards and recognition to the employees that are non monetary in nature, but these benefits have the strong power to encourage employees to deliver their best performance. The second way is to encourage and remind employees of their true potential and abilities. It  motivates the employees and help maintain a high level of performance. The third ways is the positive and negative reinforcements that make employees know what is expected from them at the work place. It develops intrinsic motivation and they deliver their superior work performance.

2.

The first way is to advertise the offers and discounts, but did not disclose it. The exact details of the offers and discounts will be on the label of the product. It will make consumers to search for your products and find the exact offer. The second way to advertise that should be in a sequel. Here, the product should be the main participant to get key information. Anybody knowing the key information and sharing it online at the company website, will win surprise benefits. It will encourage people to search more & find products. The third way is to announce gold and silver coins inside the products for the consumers (specifically used for the FMCG products) and encourage people to buy more to get the chance of winning that coin. It will also increase people not only searching, but also buying the products.
