why is visceral pain sometimes experienced as somatic pain? Pretend you are trying to explain this phenomenon to one of your peers.
Ans:-
CONCEPT:- THIS IS DUE TO CONVERGENCE PROJECTION HYPOTHESIS.
BRAIN PERCEIVES THE THE VISCERAL PAIN AS PAIN FROM SKIN WITH SAME ROOT VALUE BECAUSE SKIN INNERVATION AND VISCERA INNERVATIONI IS PROJECTING ON THE SAME NEURON.
