users.

External schema:
- The data access can be customized here, allows data access to
be customized (and authorized)at the level of individual users or
groups of users.
- An external schema describes the part of the database which
specific user is interested in
- Unrelated details are hidden from the user in an external
schema
- The data which is viewed by the specific end-user is shown by
the external schema.
- External schema level is closest to the end-user
