1 .When start pb is pressed, process will be started

2 .when s1 is on (tank is empty) valve v1 and v3 will be open and tank starts to fill

3. When s2 is on (tank full) valve v1 and v3 will close and motor starts to rotates and mix for 10 seconds.

4. After the motor is stopped, valve v2 will open and drain the tank.

5. When the tank is drained completely s1 will activate and v2 will be closed

6. The process is repeated

7. Pressing stop pb stops the processIf you are using micrologix plc , for inputs x0 ,x1 etc. Use I:0.0/0, I:0.0/1

And for outputs Y0,Y1 etc. Use O: 0.0/0, O:0.0/1
