Egocentricity- A person who is egocentric believes they are the center of attention. Having little or no regard for interests, beliefs, or attitudes other than one's own; self-centred: an egocentric person; egocentric demands upon the time and patience of others.
Non-ego centric characteristics- I don’t mind being wrong – being wrong is not a bad thing and it shows that we are working because mistakes always occur when someone continue to work rather than not to work.
Ego-centric characteristic- If I lose in argument, I feel bad inside- This characteristic is refer to a person who is ego centric and try to get the way to be the same. If they lose in argument they start to believe a real defeat rather than the reason behind it so they shows aggressiveness as well as lack of confidence.
The time when traits hurts- it can happen any time whenever condition happens, while both characteristics can show the behaviour changes in same ways.
