10). ghrelin-producing cells_________________________________________
1. Basilar membrane is membrane present between the scala tympani and scala media.
2. Leydig cells: These are the interstitial cells present in the testis ,present adjacent to seminiferous tubules produces testesterone.
3.Corpus leutem : Corpus leutem are mass of cell formed in the follicle ,involved in production of progestrone.
4. Zona pellucida: It is thick protective layer present present over the female gamete for protection and also help in the cortical reaction during fertilisation.
5.Sertoli cells :Sertoli cells are the nursing cells present in the seminiferous tubules, help in production of sperm.
6.Acrosome :It is the organelle located on head portion of a sperm cell , it contains the acrosomal enzyme which help in fertilisation of sperm,
7.Endometrium :Endometrium is the innermost wall of uterus ,which provide the site of implantation to embryo.
8.Tropomyosin is a regulatory protein found on lateral region of actin filament, help in binding of actin -myosin .
9.Podocytes:These are the cells present in the glomerulus around the glomerular capillaries.,help in filtration of blood.
10.Ghrelin is hormone which induced appetite ,also said as hunger hormone. It is released by ghrelin producing cells present in the epithelium of stomach(mainly) ,pancreas and small intestine.
