1st question-

inhibin is released continuously  in males.

Explanation- inhibin plays an important role in regulation of spermatogenesis. The have a negative impact on FSH activity and stops the process of spermatogenesis. Inhibin is present all the time and controls spermatogenesis. When rate of spermatogenesis increases, the inhibin production also increases.

2nd question- proximal convulated tubules

Explanation- tubular secretion is the process by which some substances are transferred from blood to renal tubules. This process is essential for formation of urine. The maximum secretion occur in PCT. Substances like potassium, ammonia, hydrogen ions are secreted in PCT.

3rd question- oocyte fertilization

Explanation- fertilization is the process of fusion of sperm to ovum. After the intercourse, the sperm travels through the vagína and uterus to reach tha ampulla of fallopian tube and fertilization takes place here.

5th question- spermatozoa

Explanation- spermatozoa is the most mature form of sperms . The head of the spermatozoa has acrosome. The acrosome has hyaluronidase and proteolytic enzymes, which are essential for the sperms to penetrate the ova and fertilize it.
