I need an answer to this question. If you can describe it in 250 words that would be great. Thank you in advance.
Select one stress-hormone and one water-hormone and describe how they change during an acute bout of aerobic exercise. Next, describe how their actions help to provide energy and conserve water, respectively, during exercise. Please be sure to cite all sources of information used in your post
Aerobic exercise and hormone
One of the main hormone that is released by our body in stress is adrenaline which is also known as epinephrine. They are produced by the adrenal gland when stress occur in our body . When we do Exersice oru body needs more oxygen supply as well as nutrients. So when we release this adrenaline into blood it wil lead to increase ventilation that is tachypnea and also the Heart beat will increase tremendously. So by the action of adrenaline the need of body that is for oxygen and nutrients can be met by increasing the Heart beat thereby blood supply
Aerobic exercise and water conservation
When our body does aerobic exercise it will lead to increase in the energy production and heat production by out body . This will lead to the Mechanism that helps in maintaining the homostasis in temperature of body and will lead to the production of sweat from the body. So this will lead to the activation of the renin-angiotensin Mechanism when the blood to the kidney reduce. That is renin will convert angiotensinogen To angiotensin 1 and help in vasconstriction and increase blood pressure to help in meeting blood supply and need in Exersice. The Angiotensin converting enzyme will convert angiotensin 1 to 2 and Also 3 and 4 thereby activation if the aldosterone. This will lead to retention of Body fluid and sodium and prevent dehydration by loss of fluid in Exersice
