Hello Everyone!

My name is Myisha Bowens, I prefer to go by Mai.

I am a Business Administration major, with a very keen interest in Real Estate.

My goals are to I become a commercial real estate Broker. I also aspire to obtain licenses that will enable me to originate mortgage loans and conduct appraisals on commercial buildings.

I have chosen this career path because I thrive in pressure filled environments and most importantly I want a career path that allows for independence, flexibility, and professional growth.

I am glad to hear that you took this career path as a matter of fact I am going to give you some inputs which may help in your work and help you achieve more in your career.

The first and foremost important quality a Real Estate Broker should have selling skills. Even if you have communication skills that is not enough you should have selling skills. You should always try to give a good customer service which will create a good impression on you to people because there are many people who are in the field where you have to outsmart them to become successful. Most of the time customers have different preferences on the product they buy, so you should able to first understand their requirements their budget and than show them the perfect place where they can buy. Sometimes customer will have lot of questions which may even irritate you but always remember that you should not show stress and anger on your face. Always try to be polite , gentle and talk with good sense of humour with your customer.

You are in a service where logic selling should be done so learn this selling techniques which will help you in your future. If you are not having any tie up with any financial institutions than cut a deal with any institution so it will even more helpful for your career.

I am just telling you these I am also in a similar type of field where a lot of Selling and management techniques are required.
