1. Before starting the ans I would describe my service business. It is a restaurant where only Chinese foods are available. Hence best foods are momo , noodles, macaroni, chicken chilly .

Hence for the inputs we should think about bellow parts,

-money for buying raw meterials like vegetable, ingredients,chickn etc.

- ambience into the restrorant like sound quality, ac, seating comfort ,wall design, reception and waiting area, percel counter, etc.

- back up plan like fan if ac is not working, separate kitchen area and order processing.

-lighting and flooring is essentia here for satisfaction of customer.

So that customer will satisfied from ambience and food qulaity. Smell of real flowers , slow but recent songs , comfortable chair and dishes clean . This would give a complete refreshing environment inside the restrorant.

Process.

Process is very important part where we can make a list-

- processing time of foods.

- quality foods

- quantity is reasonable

- varity of foods availability

- category of spicy and no spicy foods,

- soft drinks and comfort.

- good smell around the restrorant.

- meeting with shafe .

Hence here customer with satisfied with food item, waiting time less. Food will be always hot and very good to eat. Serive of waiter is very impresive. Qulaity serive .

Outputs ;

- here advertisement and imcreasmg the publicity is present. Where the good service will increase presence of restrorant within this area. Lots of other competitors have what is the different we provide that is the.main. percel time less, clean ambience,

New thing is we will provide pickup facility if any one want to come from far area but Don not know location. At the time of waiting time we will provide free games to enjoy the time. We will provide free drinks at the time of waiting. Customized song with headphone facility have. This will lead different positioning from others. This would lead a best service.amoung others.
