All this indicate to urinary tract infection(UTI). Cystitis is a type of UTI where the urinary bladder is infected by bacteria. In sexually active young woman, Staphylococcus saprophyticus infection is quite common cause of UTI. It's the second most common organism causing UTI after E.coli. Hence the answer would be cystitis.
Bacteremia is the presence of bacteria in the blood. This may or may not result in any symptoms. And if symptoms are there that would be systemic such as fever.
Hydronephrosis refers to accumulation of fluid in the kidney due to obstruction. It is not a bacterial infection.
Pyelonephritis involves bacterial infection, but it causes damage to the kidneys and the most common organisms being E.coli, proteus, klebsiella and enterobacter.
