I have selected Facebook as the website of choice here. Facebook is one of the best, if not the best website where people can create a profile where they can leverage the use of Facebook to find and gain employment as well as provide employment opportunity, public relations and future relevance. Employers can create Facebook groups or be a part of already pre-made job listing groups and provide the requirement of their company's requirement profile in the process. They allow for people to submit to their listings and therefore, allow them to essentially communicate with the company without having to set up even one round of the recruitment process. I created a page and a profile for the purpose of demonstration and found out that not only does Facebook provide an outlet for both the parties to connect, it sometimes allows us to connect to a third party in the same case and this is a useful advantage of Facebook.
