MARKETING QUESTION: Social media marketing is one of the fastest growing areas of the marketing world. Please identify a company that you are familiar with that embraces different SMM platforms. Select three (from, say, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube, email campaigns, etc.) that the company uses and describe their applications with examples. What are some practices of the company you like/appreciate; what are some that you do not?

* We can take the example of Coca Cola which uses the Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter which are the social media platforms to communicate the customers and other audiences.
* When it comes to Facebook, the company uses it to communicate the different posts and news related to the new products, policy change, and sales promotion activity, or just a normal post or advertisement to attract teh attention of the audience.
* In the case of Instagram, the company posts teh different types of usages and images of teh company's different products. In some cases, adverts are also posted to get a response from the public.
* The company uses Twiter to communicate teh different messages to teh audiences. This can include the new products launch news, any investment made by the company or in fact it also responds to the messages of the audiences and solves their issues
* I really like teh practice of the company in which it communicates with the audience and looks for their suggestions and feedback. In fact, these medium are also used by the company to address the complaints of the customers which is also a good form of the customer relationship.
* I think the company should use these modes to communicates and spread social awareness which is done but to a limited extent. It should focus more on these practices. These medium are also used as a mode of advertisement which is not good in my opinion as there are many other platforms where the ads are visible.
