1. What are the interests and requirements of the stakeholders?
Stakeholder is a person who is concerned about an organization in any way. It can be a member, society, department or even an organization. There are different types of stakeholders in an organization. Each type has their own interests and requirements.
Some of them are-
Shareholders hold a share in the ownership of the organization. They value about their profits. Their interest includes increase in price of share and stability in the market.
Employees are mere workers working for the organization. Their interests include job satisfaction, promotion, and salary increment. They also care about the growth of the organization as their jobs are dependent on that.
Creditors are the individuals/lending organizations to which the main organization owes debts. Their interests include repayment of their lending and the company’s borrowing ratings as it says about the company’s guarantee of repayment.
