The International political and commercial conditions are included under the “Macro systems” . It can affect the enterprise and the concerned entrepreneurs’ and its management functions through the changing economic and financial conditions at International arena and Industrial level.

The Macro system or the International area provides the opportunities under the adverse and economical recession conditions. The war conditions between the two countries will improve the entrepreneurs’ sales and profit margin through demand of the products. The degradation of the international currencies will allow entrepreneurs’ to import at lower cost and export at the higher value.

The macro systems affect the Research and Development and Marketing functions of an enterprise as:

Research and Development functions: The macro systems provide more money and improvement opportunities to the enterprise. The enterprise can do expenses on the R&D of the products and services, so that it could able to provide more in the less cost.

Marketing functions : The opportunities to have more and more sales which is desired by the international opportunities. The work under the marketing will increase which increases the sales and profit for the enterprise.
