Salvarsan or Arsphenamine or also known as compound 606 drug that is discovered by the Alfred Bertheim in 1907. It is a argaoarsenic compound that is also considere first chemotherapeutic agent. This drug contain cyclo As3 and As5 mixture with azobenzene. This drug is use for treatment of syphilis disease that is caused by the Treponema pallidum.
