Reflect on the way in which you see diversity among people addressed in the world of sports. What are some ways that you believe you could become a change agent in this area?

When we talk about sports what we mean by that ?We can it as competitive physical activity or in very straight forward way it can be said as games which may be physical or mental.For example Baskelball is a sport and is hard core physical sport on the other jhand Chess is also a type of sport but mental.Sports have categories .Now this sports existence is all over the globe and not a single person has copyright over it which means anyone can opt it.Sports connect people .When we talk about a team for example a cricket team what we focus most ?The first thing is quality,fitness,expertise,dedication,madness about the game,spirit,descipline.Now when we are going through the quatilies we can see it's all internal nothing to do with caste,creed,colour,culture or anything else,white,black anything.If we look at successful teams it's all about team work and not about descriminations.

Sport is a different culture all together which has united all the people .When we cheer for a team we cheer for a nation and not for a particular person.Diversity is important for a number of reasons. It allows a person to view issues and problems from multiple standpoints, concluding from different experiences, perspectives, knowledge, and connections. Besides viewing the world from a single- lens, a person is able to expand his vision  and consider numerous options and ways . Diversity moves people beyond their culture and self-centered viewpoints, allowing them to not only learn about others’ experiences and backgrounds but also more about themselves.Diversity refers to geographical or demographic characters.

In order to become change agent one should not

1)Descriminate.(No descrimination)

2)Value quality above all.

3)Focused approach on goal and means to achieve them.

4)Non tolerance towards generic comments.

5)Show respect to all irrespective of backgroungd ,caste ,creed ,colour or culture.

6)Indulge more diverse people in order to have different viewpoints and possibilities.

7)Don't be judgemental.

8)Value talent.

9)Make sports a medium to overcome these hypocrisy.

All these will help to bring in changes ,equality and will help to highlight the qualities.
