E10.15 Use the LTC1661 from Linear Technology to generate a
two-frequency square wave
from the VOUTA pin. The frequency alternates between 1 and 4 kHz
every 4 s.
Write the code in assembly language to generate two square
waves of frequency 1KHZ with 50% duty cycle and 10KHZ with 50% duty
cycle using P1.0 and P1.1 using timer0 and timer1 simultaneously.
Don't use instruction overhead. use timer interrupts to implement
the functionality use Xtal=12MHZ
1. Generate a sine wave with frequency 100 Hz.
a. Sample the signal with a sampling frequency (i) 1000 Hz and
(ii) 1050 Hz.
b. For each frequency in Question 1(a), perform
DFT for ONE (1) cycle and ONE and a HALF
(1.5) cycles of the waveform. Comment on your
observation.
Use the sine wave and scope in the Simulink library (MATLAB) to
generate and observe the following waves:
a. ?1 (?) = sin ??
b. ?2 (?) = cos ??
c. ?2 (?) = 0.5 cos ??
d. ?3 (?) = cos (?? − ?) ? = 1 ???/s
Given two wave that has the same amplitude, frequency and
direction that they are traveling in, BUT they have a phase that is
a difference of 2Pi. When one adds both waves up we get:
a) Nothing
b) A wave with twice the wavelength of the original
c) A wave with twice the amplitude of the original
d) A wave with twice the frequency of the original
e) None of the above
1. A wave completes 20 cycles in 8 seconds. The frequency of the
wave is .
a) 2.5 Hz
b) 160 Hz
c) 0.4 Hz
2. The electric face between two charged particles is F . As the
double the distance between the two charges , the new force will be
.
a) F/2
b) F/4
c) 2F
d) 4f
