A.Organisation communication occurs between two or more parties to exchange any information related to business or any government department. The success of an organisation depends on the efficacy of communicators regarding their oraganisational desire . For this, communication is regarded as the lifeblood of organisation's progress. The role of communicators are as follows:

• Exchange information between two or more parties.
• Prepare plans and policies to acquire  require adequate and relevant information from reliable sources.
• Effective communicators helps the employees at all levels to be conscious and attentive.
• Communicators can be informed of various routine and non-time problems of the organization and they take necessary actions to overcome that problem.
• Communicators plays a vital role in creating and maintaining good industrial relation.
• Communicators allow smooth flow of information that reduces conflicts, controversies and disagreements easily.

B.Inclusivity appears in many forms in the work of organisation,.The communicators can change their roles as follows to make them inclusive :

• Approaches, frameworks, and tools for communicating effectively.
• Inclusive leadership and effective communication are twine together ,
• They should learn the Strategies to create space for clear and authentic communication, where people across differences feel safe to speak up and share ideas.
• They should Discover their own communication strengths to build effective relationships in your professional or personal lives.
• They should compelling case studies, and engaging videos to develop their knowledge in each section and share their experience with other learners to make them inclusive.

C.Changing concepts of leadership theory are:

1, Set direction:- Develop a vision and strategies to achieve that vision setting high but reasonable standard.(what are we setting out to do)

2. Align People:- Communicating direction to influence creation of teams and coalitions. that understand vision and strategy.(How do we deliver results)

4. Produce change:- Often to a dramatic degree, such as cultivating new services and new approaches.(What are the outcomes)
