Leadership Roles for the Communicator in Contemporary Organizations,

A.Organisation communication occurs between two or more parties to exchange any information related to business or any government department. The success of an organisation depends on the efficacy of communicators regarding their oraganisational desire . For this, communication is regarded as the lifeblood of organisation's progress. The role of communicators are as follows:
B.Inclusivity appears in many forms in the work of organisation,.The communicators can change their roles as follows to make them inclusive :
C.Changing concepts of leadership theory are:
1, Set direction:- Develop a vision and strategies to achieve that vision setting high but reasonable standard.(what are we setting out to do)
2. Align People:- Communicating direction to influence creation of teams and coalitions. that understand vision and strategy.(How do we deliver results)
3. Motivate, Mentor and inspire:- Energizing people to develop and overcome barriers to change.(What do we make it happen)
4. Produce change:- Often to a dramatic degree, such as cultivating new services and new approaches.(What are the outcomes)
So from the above changes we can impact the communicator's role in the organisation.
