Policy decision, particular to a given State, there could be in
general, the following Stakeholders:
- The Suppliers of the Raw Materials to the Manufacturing
Companies
- The Creditors, employees, intermediaries, shareholders, etc.
directly related to such E-Cigarettes manufacturing Companies
- The T.V. Channels, Print Media or Radio Media that are
responsible for carrying such advertisements pertaining to the
E-Cigarettes
- The Buyers and Users of the Product
- The owners or employees of online and offline platforms that
sell these products
- The Government has a big role to play, both in terms of
deciding the Smoking Age of the E-Cigarettes’ users as well as on
permitting the circulation of the same in the market, especially to
curb the actually smoking of Tobacco in whichever form.
- The Pharmaceutical Companies that help in manufacturing the
content of the product that are usually harmless in nature.
