Which of the paleoenvironment hypotheses have been used to describe early hominin diversity, and which have been used to describe bipedalism?
The paleoenvironment hypotheses used for describing the early hominin diversity are Habitat specific hypothesis, Savanna based hypothesis, turn over hypotheses, postural feeding hypothesis, wood/ land hypothesis, variability selection hypothesis, seasonality hypothesis. These hypotheses are mainly divided into two types based on adaptation and species turnover.
From all these hypotheses,Savanna hypothesis and The postural feeding hypothesis are used to describe the bipedalism.Savanna hypothesis used to explain how largely settlement of bipedal hominins on grounds occurred became increasingly bipedal. Postural feeding hypothesis used to explain the partial bipedalism in early hominins.
