Michael 50 year old an African American working as teacher was brought to casualty with severe headache.On examination his ht-5.5 i nches,weight-210 pound,temperature 37.2,pulse 78,BP 190/90.he never engages in regular walk.afterwork hours he used to sit and watch television.He is a chain smoker too .daily 4-5 packets. By dietary habits he is a nonvegetarian. He has a family history of mother having history of coronary artery disease and died with stroke 6months back.Following investigation are done.

Creatinine 0.75mg/dl 0.5-1.3
GFR 85ml/mt >90 reduced.check for kiney function
Uric acid 3.5mg/dl 0.9to1.5 high levels indicate kidney dysfunction.

214mg/ml 130-220 high cholestrol
Triglycerides 60mg 35-165 increased
