What is the difference between religion and spirituality? Define each and give examples.
Religion is identified where there is a belief in a supreme and superhuman power which is in control of everything. On the other hand, spirituality is where a person is only concerned with his soul or spirit and the quality of his spirit rather than the existence of material things or physical things. Where do they overlap?
Religion and spirituality overlap when the values are same. When we talk of compassion, love, universal truth, purpose of the life of a person and social justice, all have significance in both religion and spirituality.
Describe the attachment theory?
Attachment theory is the model that describes how long term interpersonal relationships as well as short term interpersonal theories. This defines the manner in which humans would be responding to different relationships when a person would be hurt in certain relationships. This might happen when a person may be perceiving threats or when they would be separated from the loved people.
