why do agencies feel like a families ethnicity, state of living, and background should be factors in decision making? Shouldn’t social workers not be paying to someone’s ethnicity, why would this be described during the presentation of the investigation/check up of family?

, family ethinicity means where he or she belong like north America , African Americans etc, state of living like wheather having good Quality life or having only fullfilled basic needs , and other socio cultural background definitely impact in case of decision making process. Person with high valuable and prestigious family ethnicity , High Quality leading life people are become have less chance to suffred in inferiority complex and they can easily take reasonable and rational decision. Because their state of living , family ethnicity also impacted on their intellectually and cognitive process. So , this is why these can be factor in decision making.

Social worker while serve themselves become more devoted and passionate to work for others irrespective their cultural ethnicity , and other background . So , they should be treat everybody equally. They should not paying in someone ethnicity .

While investigation or cheack up in family , it is important because it leads to understand actual phenomenon of family background . It helps to understand core values of family . It even leads to explore food habits , race , culture , social background , family history , language etc. It always have provide good information .
