To conduct and measure the overall level of customer satisfaction McDonald’s is required to interact with the customers to know them better and it is highly necessary for them to serve better. McDonald’s is a very popular fast food organization who delivers foods ordered by the customers to their doorsteps. It is obvious that they are active with their online portals for taking and granting orders from the customers until it reaches to them.

McDonald’s should insist the customers leave a feedback in the portal with each level from order placing to the quality of the foods delivered to them. A feedback form should be made mandatory for the customers to put their views on the portal so that further improvement can be made. A feedback message is required to send them by email and SMS that will seek for granting the services given by them. If the customer forgets to give feedback, they must be called and required to ensure that they are satisfied or not. Customer satisfaction in this regard is highly necessary to be obtained and if any issue persists then they must be acknowledged with a high level of satisfaction.

Targeting all social pages to measure the level of customer satisfaction will be an added advantage; social media pages are highly influential. Suppose an item of McDonald ’s has been launched in the outlets and also made available in their online ordering portals. It must be eaten by many customers across the world. Therefore, when the same product advertisement will come on their social media page, many customers will give their reviews that will be beneficial for the McDonald’s to know their customer’s level of satisfaction. Apart from this, to measure the customer satisfaction level outlets are required to be targeted at the time when a customer will visit physically. After the best serving, the customers are required to insist for a feedback that will help McDonald’s get to know about their customer’s satisfaction. These are the best recommendations for measuring the level of customer satisfaction.
