3. Thymus gland releases Hormone-'Thymosin', which causes the maturation of T cells which eventually leads to boosting immune system.

Endocrine function of Thymus Gland including hormones: Thymus helps in making of WBCs(White Blood Cells) which is called T-lymphocytes. T-lymphocytes are crucial for immune system and the help in fighting infection.
