Members seek association and appreciation while joining or working for a group. It is important to know that each members have different sentiments towards group Identification. Employees feel socially accepted when they join a prestigious group. In an organizational context, Employees get work satisfaction while working with a performing group of people.

Members have strong motivation whenn they join elite group as it offers social recognition, personal achievements , an opportunity to work and become different from others etc.
