The patient having dehydration. so that we can suggest oral rehydration therapy (ORT), It is a fluid replacement therapy used to prevent dehydartion ,especially due to diarrhea. It involves drinking water with modest amounts of sugar and salts, specifically sodium and potassium.

Avod acidic and alcoholic foods to prevent urinary incontinence and dehydration. Non citrus fruits,garins,legumes and vegetables are provide enough fiber for filling diet of the patient. The patient should drink 6-8 glasses of water everyday. If the patient drink less , the urine of patient might become concentrated and irritate the bladder.

To further ease of the overactive bladder , avoid drinking a lot of fluid at one time. Sip2 or 3 ounces every 20-30 minutes between meals. Cutting of fluid intake a few hours prior to bedtime also will help.

Lifestyle modifications and medications both will be very effective to overcome the problems of the patient.
