Intercultural effectiveness is important in managing globally because managers who work in global organization interact with people from diverse background like culture, age, religion,gender,race, color etc. In order to manage the diversity and the people in it, Manager needs to be open minded and create a sense of feeling, thinking, and acting which is commonly shared.

intercultural effectiveness helps international managers to have the ability to collaborate, interact and communicate with people from different cultural backgrounds so that outcomes will be enhanced and beneficial.It helps organization to reduce the risk of failure and increase chances of success for individual and organization in international business environment context.
