During Endochondral ossification
The endochondral bone formation or ossification can
be found in the bones associated with joint movements and some
parts of the skull base. During the endochondral ossification,
the mesenchymal tissue firstly differentiates into
cartilagenous tissue. Endochondral bone formation is morphogenetic
adaptation which produces continuous bone in certain areas that are
prominently stressed.
