A company that has treated me well in the past is Apple. I had purchased an Apple device (MacBook Air 13) and was running into some problems with the device being not able to utilize its full battery capacity. I had raised an issue on the online forums with positive results but that wasn't the necessary fix that was required in my case, therefore, I was contacted by Apple support for further queries I had regarding the issues which were resolved soon without the need for a technician or visiting the service center. This was one of the quickest response time I had seen from a company that manufactures their products and produces their own services as well. It was, therefore, a delightful experience that I had and I can say that they achieved it through the use of allowing their customer to be heard, providing person-to-person support and in the case of on-site assistance, providing on-site assistance even for off warranty products.
