> Malware attack is one of the biggest risks. Attackers can insert this malware in Ads, posts ,etc. Applications on social networking sites increase a hacker's surface attacks because most people would run applications on such sites without thinking twice.

> Data leakage. Due to human errors or technical glitches, confidential data about customers might get leaked

> Spam mails increase. Spammers collect personal mail ids through these sites and start sending spam mails to customer's mails.

Because of all these issues , one may decide not to use that particular website and it directly affects the revenues of the business
