Discriminatory behaviour with respect to caste, skin colour is illegal. Eg. can be not recruiting people of these castes or skin colour, not giving them raise, or creating a lobby of specific caste or skin colour and not letting the other person entering to it, denying the use of company facility to specific caste or skin colour group, discrimination against lay off

Discriminatory behaviour with respect to gender. These even women create lobby at work place and dominate the work culture or processes. Hence playing politics, taunting against specific group of gender, not allowing them for specific job roles or not giving them hike, not promoting them. Making extra special facilities only specific group eg, during these days women group, giving them extra benefits.

Physical disability discrimination - This would also mean harassing employee on the basis on physical disability, creating a work place that includes physical barriers for the movemnt of an employee
