imagine that you are a Manager in an international company. After Covid-19, it is finally time to reopen your doors. What kind of strategies you will develop to make business communication more effective in new circumstances? The Covid-19 era are different for different sectors and are tend to be different for different companies. The kind of working differ the capability of the companies to perform uniformly. A company which produce services can perform different than a company which produce goods. Even then, the service providers act differently when it come across digital services and public services like transportation. Considering an IT company here we try to analyze some strategies that would be chosen by the manager to tackle the post Covid-19 period.
Marketing: Marketing should be considered to an online shift completely than to have offline promotions. The very necessary of the offline marketing can be done people who are more in young ages and will try maximum to avoid their direct visits to the office. They will be provided with better technical facilities to avoid the primary contacts with office staffs and the clients.
Clients: Clients will be supported with online facilities working 24 hours to avoid the contact and reduce the intensity of the risk. Every single problem will be tried to rectify using the facilities available.
Group works: Special considerations will be given for the team to meet online and to be available at the need. Technical support will be provided who lacks the same.
HRD: The wing will become strong enough to manage the mental stress faced by the staffs in every aspect, especially related to the works. The same can help increasing productivity by managing the problems due to work from home.
Transportation: It will only be provided for them who doesn’t have private vehicle. It will be tried maximum to avoid unnecessary transportations and travel related the work.
Also, it will be kept in contact with all the staffs and clients to rectify most of the problems without direct contact and to maintain social distancing.
