Online stores are flourishing these days as its very convenient for anybody to just order. For selling sportswear garments online, I came across the problem of delayed delivery of the garments. To solve problem-related to online operations, I can follow numerous research so that problems can be solved.

To calculate how much time the garments take to reach the doorstep of the customer. According to the time taken, some severe steps may initiate regarding the problem. One of them can be changing hof the courier service company because they may provide e time-consuming service that is hampering the sales of the garment.

One method can be to compare the service of the delivery with other competitors to make us aware of where we lack in our online business.

As the business environment changes with time, every business needs to be aware of new trends in the markets by researching we may come up with unique ideas to increase the sales of the product. Online platform research should conduct where the targeted customers are, then that section of the customer should ask about feedback about the product and services provided by us.
