Answer:- In my opinion, it is not ethically correct that anyone can access or censor the contents which can be viewed or accessed by someone. It is the private right or the matter of privacy that what content over the internet a person is viewing. No one can breach the privacy rights given by the constitution. However, if someone is plotting something which is against the common goods of the society, in that case, censorship is absolutely legal and morally ethical as any act done against the welfare or the betterment of the society must be stopped.
Answer:- As per the employment policies and laws, if the employee is using the official internet or emails then the employers are given the right to check and control the interaction and content of this interaction with other or external entities. This is done in order to safeguard the vital information and trade secrets of the company to be secured.
In my opinion, if the online activities of an employee are monitored and checked regularly, it will make sure that the employees act ethically over the internet as he or she will be having the concern that the content of his or her interactions are being onitored and strict actions can be taken if he or she breaches the organizational policies.
