The facility will be making medical products, so it will require a large amount of water and a hazardous waste will be generated by it. In order to require the water demand the facility can be established near a water body like river. In order to minimal the impact of this facility on the river a water treatment plant will be required which will treat the water prior to its disposal in the river.

A simple plot of the facility can be like this-

The place for the establishment of this facility should be well connected with roadway and railway. There should be a river nearby for water requirement. It would be better if the area is not much populated so that in case of any mishap the hazardous elements of the facility do not affect surrounding people.

The above plot consists of the an inventory store or warehouse for the raw material coming to the facility. It is provided nearer to the road so that vehicle didn't have to travel much. Similar with the delivery room also. It is also provided nearer to the road. The water is taken to the facility from the nearby river from a water intake structure. The effluent from the facility will contain hazardous substances, therefore, it will pass through a water treatment plant before getting disposed in the river.
