[1] Example of an organization with an ineffective or cumbersome structure. Problems with the current structure and ways to overcome from these problems:

In simply we can say that ineffective or cumbersome organiation is one which customer issues are not handling properly or cohesively.

For example: If any of the customer for an organization is calling to the company to enquire about something that he need to know from them. If he calls five times he will get five different answers on of that he required. which shows the cumbersome structure of an organization.

Problems Faces due to these structure are as follows:

  • Problems on Customer service:

As like we discussed in the example there will not be a good customer service should be provided by the organization. which will happen due to lack of monitoring by the reputed authority with the interactions of the customers.

  • Issues in Quality control:

Quality of services provided by such kind of organization more than below average. It will result in the breaking down of the organizational structure.

  • Low morale:

The employees morale will be very poor. They always fear of the descipline, so they ignore their managers.It will result in increasing confusion on the assigned duties among the employees by the managers.

  • Communication Breakdown:

Sharing of the information about the operation of the company between the departments will breakdown. they all decided to act themselves due to their low morale.

These ineffectiveness of organisational structure should be solved by the following ways:
